Non-Stop-Production with Drum Filters

Bokela drum fil­ters demon­strate top per­for­mance in demand­ing process­es and ensure high­est avail­abil­i­ty for non-stop pro­duc­tion. Of par­tic­u­lar ben­e­fit of the drum fil­ter design are the exchange­able fil­ter cells which can be exchanged indi­vid­u­al­ly. This ensures an easy and unpar­al­leled quick re-cloth­ing dur­ing pro­duc­tion – with­out the need for plant shut down. It is a sim­ple oper­a­tion to remove and install indi­vid­ual fil­ter cells which are already pre-equipped with fil­ter bags. With a sec­ond set of pre-clothed fil­ter cells re-cloth­ing is per­formed in about 1- 2 hours includ­ing fil­ter shut down, clean­ing and fil­ter start-up. No pow­er tools are required. This easy oper­a­tion elim­i­nates Oper­a­tional Health & Safe­ty (OHS) issues such as hand and wrist injuries. It ensures work­er safe­ty, ease of main­te­nance and allows non-stop production.
