Support for gas suppliers with adapted processes

The Schleupen.CS plat­form facil­i­tates the con­ver­sion for gas sup­pli­ers with many, large­ly auto­mat­ed process­es in the course of the mar­ket area merg­er on 01.10.2021. The adap­ta­tion of the process­es and for­mats is very far-reach­ing and affects both net­work oper­a­tors and sup­pli­ers. On the oth­er hand, the dead­lines for imple­men­ta­tion are tight. Schle­u­pen AG accom­pa­nies the merg­er and will pro­vide all nec­es­sary for­mats and process­es at the giv­en time, so that the gas sup­pli­ers in the Schle­u­pen cus­tomer group can start in the new, uni­form mar­ket area well prepared.

The merg­er of the mar­ket areas means a pro­found change for gas sup­pli­ers, regard­less of whether they are sup­pli­ers or net­work oper­a­tors. For there is not only a new mar­ket area and a new mar­ket area man­ag­er, but also new bal­anc­ing groups. The changes there­fore reach deep into con­tract billing, mar­ket com­mu­ni­ca­tion and ener­gy bal­anc­ing. Schleupen.CS gives the respon­si­ble par­ties the oppor­tu­ni­ty to enter the new mar­ket area man­ag­er and the new bal­anc­ing groups in due time. After­wards, the process for chang­ing the mas­ter data is auto­mat­i­cal­ly gen­er­at­ed for the sup­pli­er. At the net­work oper­a­tor, the change of mas­ter data is processed automatically.

Also by means of an auto­mat­ed process, the non-con­vert­ed con­tract part­ners are deter­mined at the net­work oper­a­tor and the fur­ther process­es are start­ed. This means that Schleupen.CS users will be ready for the new, uni­form mar­ket area in Ger­many by 01.10.2021, on time and with rel­a­tive­ly lit­tle effort, and can ben­e­fit from the advan­tages of the merg­er. The fact that over­laps between the mar­ket areas will be elim­i­nat­ed and par­tic­i­pants will only have to be reg­is­tered with one bal­anc­ing group will also result in pro­ce­dur­al sim­pli­fi­ca­tions. In addi­tion, the trad­ing cen­tre will be deci­sive­ly strength­ened by the merger.
