Unitech EA630 — slim, modern, powerful

If you’re look­ing for a rugged, afford­able MDE device, the Unitech EA630 is for you. This sleek, mod­ern device is made for any ware­house task you can think of, and thanks to its mod­ern Android oper­at­ing sys­tem (ver­sion 9), it also offers a famil­iar user inter­face that your employ­ees will rec­og­nize from smart­phones. A pow­er­ful Qual­comm Snap­drag­on 636 Octa Core proces­sor and 3GB of RAM and 64GB of flash mem­o­ry pro­vide a good foun­da­tion for run­ning com­plex apps like inven­to­ry man­age­ment smooth­ly and seamlessly.

Via a fast 2D imager, 1D and 2D codes can be cap­tured at the touch of a but­ton and fur­ther processed via the 6‑inch touch­screen. In addi­tion, a 13 megapix­el cam­era is built into the back of the Unitech EA630, allow­ing for pho­to doc­u­men­ta­tion of dam­age and doc­u­ments. Although the Unitech EA630 has a rather slim design, the MDE device has a high resis­tance to drops from a height of 1.2 m (with the accom­pa­ny­ing rub­ber pro­tec­tive cov­er even up to 1.5 m). An IP65 sealed hous­ing pro­vides pro­tec­tion against water and dust ingress. To increase the usabil­i­ty of the Unitech EA630, addi­tion­al acces­sories are avail­able, such as a pis­tol grip or hand strap. Var­i­ous charg­ing sta­tions and dock­ing sta­tions are also avail­able for the EA630.

Thus, thanks to the soft­ware, you know exact­ly where items are in the ware­house and in quan­ti­ty they are still in stock. With the soft­ware, you can eas­i­ly record goods receipts, stock trans­fers, picks or returns and thus always see what items are com­ing in and going out.

Inven­to­ry Man­age­ment can be oper­at­ed as a sub­sys­tem, thus adding ware­house man­age­ment func­tion­al­i­ty to your ERP sys­tem. For ease of oper­a­tion, the inven­to­ry man­age­ment prod­uct is host­ed in the cloud, pro­vid­ed as a SaaS solu­tion and impress­es with low-cost month­ly costs, high secu­ri­ty through secure encryp­tion algo­rithms and high avail­abil­i­ty with a fail­ure prob­a­bil­i­ty of < 0.01%. The cloud is flex­i­ble to use and can be accessed via any inter­net brows­er using the WebDesk.

A mobile app offers pow­er­ful soft­ware mod­ules that dig­i­tal­ly map typ­i­cal ware­house process­es on MDE devices. Depend­ing on your require­ments, you can choose from 3 dif­fer­ent app ver­sions that dif­fer in the scope of the soft­ware mod­ules. From a sim­ple inven­to­ry man­age­ment with stor­age and retrieval (ver­sion 1) to a ful­ly func­tion­al ware­house man­age­ment soft­ware (ver­sion 3), every­thing nec­es­sary for com­pa­nies is includ­ed. In addi­tion, with each ver­sion you have the option to add soft­ware mod­ules at a lat­er date.
