Completed acquisition

Mul­ti­vac Sepp Haggen­müller SE & Co. KG is now ful­ly acquir­ing the shares of TVI in Bruck­mühl. TVI has already been part of the Group since Jan­u­ary 2017. The prod­uct range includes effi­cient, demand-ori­ent­ed solu­tions for prop­er tem­per­ing and freez­ing, press­ing, por­tion­ing, automa­tion, wrap­ping of bar­be­cue torch­es as well as for the pro­duc­tion of shish kebabs.
