The kits ensure that ser­vice per­son­nel always have the orig­i­nal spare parts they need to car­ry out trou­ble-free main­te­nance on their sys­tems and accord­ing to giv­en oper­at­ing times and inter­vals. The Ser­vice Kits make a sig­nif­i­cant con­tri­bu­tion to ensur­ing the avail­abil­i­ty and per­for­mance of a plant over its entire life cycle. A con­trac­tu­al­ly agreed and auto­mat­ic main­te­nance ser­vice pro­vid­ed by expe­ri­enced Gea tech­ni­cians com­pletes this offer for care­free main­te­nance. This prod­uct rep­re­sents anoth­er way in which Gea is able to offer proac­tive ser­vice which can be eas­i­ly and nat­u­ral­ly adapt­ed to the con­di­tions of ongo­ing production.

Carefree service intervals

The Ser­vice Kits con­sist of select­ed wear parts for respec­tive machine assem­blies, which are expect­ed to require main­te­nance depend­ing on pro­duc­tion vol­ume and cycle – sav­ing cus­tomers time and mon­ey. Ser­vice per­son­nel no longer have to study var­i­ous spare parts lists, but instead imme­di­ate­ly order the nec­es­sary parts for their plant direct­ly from Gea and at a fair mar­ket price. Because they are kept on stock, once ordered, they are imme­di­ate­ly avail­able, mak­ing Ser­vice Kits a more con­ve­nient option. If required, an auto­mat­ic main­te­nance ser­vice can be includ­ed in the Ser­vice Lev­el Agree­ment – for care­free and reli­able main­te­nance and servicing.
