New business line machine range

Ready Engi­neered is a groninger machine con­cept used across the prod­uct port­fo­lio to offer cus­tomers the desired flex­i­bil­i­ty while main­tain­ing qual­i­ty and safe­ty. Ready Engi­neered at Groninger stands for the stan­dard­ized mod­u­lar design of fill­ing, clos­ing and han­dling machin­ery. Gen­er­at­ing cor­re­spond­ing cost ben­e­fits and per­mit­ting short­er lead times, it offers groninger cus­tomers a much faster time to mar­ket their phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal, con­sumer health­care and cos­met­ic prod­ucts. This vision is turned into real­i­ty which one machine of the “Busi­ness Line” machine range, Flex­Care 100, will demon­strate on the Fach­Pack at Booth 335, Hall 3A.
Flex­Care 100 achieves pro­duc­tion out­puts of 60 to 120 con­tain­ers per minute, depend­ing on the con­tain­er diam­e­ter. Three clo­sure types can be processed at the same time with a vari­ety of pos­si­ble for­mats. Option­al 100% in-process con­trol (IPC) ver­i­fi­ca­tion guar­an­tees the high fill­ing pre­ci­sion of groninger fill­ing sys­tems for each and every bot­tle. Excep­tion­al flex­i­bil­i­ty and avail­abil­i­ty also ensures fast size changes of the few parts with no need for tools.
