As of this year, anoth­er intel­li­gent solu­tion has been part of the prod­uct range – com­pact tur­bo blow­ers on trailers.

AERZEN Tur­bo Trail­er. Mobile flexibility.
100% oil-free and tai­lor-made for the most demand­ing fields of appli­ca­tion in water and waste­water appli­ca­tions, with opti­mum ener­gy bal­ance: AERZEN tur­bo blow­er. Since the begin­ning of this year, a mobile trail­er solu­tion for com­pact rental machines has been avail­able, as well as numer­ous tur­bo sizes for vol­ume flows from 300 to 16,200 m³/h. Mount­ed on a trail­er, the Aerzen Tur­bo G5^plus pack­age can be con­ve­nient­ly drawn by a suit­able car to any desired loca­tion for quick deploy­ment. The trail­er frame sizes AT 25 and AT 50 already have the new motor design with an effi­cien­cy increase of up to 10% and an opti­mi­sa­tion of the con­trol range. Thanks to the inno­v­a­tive air bear­ings with dou­ble coat­ing, this tur­bo series offers max­i­mum reli­a­bil­i­ty even under extreme oper­at­ing con­di­tions. The active pump pro­tec­tion also ensures a sig­nif­i­cant­ly faster oper­at­ing behav­iour. Both mod­els cov­er vol­ume flows from 360 to 1,900 m³/h at a pres­sure range of 600 to 800 mbar, as well as motor rat­ings up to 40 kW. Option­al enhance­ment options in the form of aer­a­tion plates or oth­er acces­sories, e.g. for the mea­sure­ment of oxy­gen, are of course available.
