Strategic partnership to make room for the future

For a sus­tain­able con­struc­tion infra­struc­ture as a guar­an­tor of future-ori­ent­ed liv­ing envi­ron­ments, the bundling and expan­sion of com­pe­tences are the best basis. There­fore, the Krebs+Kiefer Group con­tributes its share­hold­ings on a long-term and sus­tain­able basis to the Dorsch Group, which oper­ates under the umbrel­la of the RAG Foun­da­tion, Essen.

Togeth­er with the sis­ter com­pa­nies Dorsch Inter­na­tion­al Con­sul­tants GmbH, Ger­man Rail Engi­neer­ing GmbH, PB Con­sult GmbH and spiek­er­mann inge­nieure gmbh, which are already part of the Dorsch Gruppe, the oper­at­ing com­pa­nies will con­tin­ue to act inde­pen­dent­ly as a mul­ti-brand. The group of com­pa­nies thus cov­ers almost all ser­vice areas of civ­il engi­neer­ing and draws on the com­pe­tences and capac­i­ties of all approx­i­mate­ly 1,200 employ­ees in Ger­many alone.

The activ­i­ties of this group in the Ger­man domes­tic mar­ket and oth­er Euro­pean coun­tries will in future be coor­di­nat­ed by the group’s Man­age­ment Board Europe, which is staffed with expe­ri­enced exec­u­tives. The Group’s range of ser­vices includes plan­ning and con­sult­ing in the busi­ness areas of build­ing con­struc­tion, traf­fic route con­struc­tion with rail, road and air traf­fic, water and envi­ron­ment, and ener­gy sup­ply infra­struc­ture. Region­al con­tacts are avail­able at 22 loca­tions through­out Ger­many. In coop­er­a­tion with the glob­al­ly oper­at­ing Dorsch Gruppe, more than 3,400 employ­ees in around 50 coun­tries are now networked.
